Well I received a few requests on the Modhalo forums how to do this so im making it available for download. It's really simple to install but a word of warning..

Note:
I personally do not use a bookmarks toolbar so I have no clue how that will interact with this. The files your downloading are for making your Firefox like the screen im posting. I can't be held responsible if you have additional addon's that do not integrate well with it. The download provided it to make your FireFox clean and simple like the picture above.

Install:
First you need to have the Glasser plugin installed located here: [link]

Then you need to have Stylish installed: [link]

Download the 2 Stylish scripts in this download : [link]

Finally download and install this to complete the look: [link]

Adjust the FireFox buttons accordingly to match what you see in the screen shot I posted here.

Summary:
That's pretty much it. This is posted as a simple VS for people to have fun with and what I have been using. I can not take entire credit for all this since it is work built onto the workings of the following people listed in the credits below.

In the file named "VSTweaks" you will see each tweak is under its respected comment line in the css.
